In the event that this website offers certain services that may be subject to their own special conditions, such special conditions may replace, supplement or amend these conditions. The UOC does not provide any guarantee and accepts no liability, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may arise due to:

- Illicit, negligent or fraudulent use, or use that is contrary to this Legal Notice; or

The UOC is not liable in any way for any damage that may result from the illegal or improper use of this website.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
The general conditions of use of the website Universities 4 Good Health are governed exclusively by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute or disagreement between the parties over the interpretation or content of these conditions, the user and the UOC shall accept the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
