If you contact us via the email address provided in the Contact section of our website, we will use the contact details provided, and any personal data included in the message, for the sole purpose of responding to the questions you ask us.

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of responding to queries, requests or comments made through the website.

We will retain your data for as long as is strictly necessary to fulfil the stated purposes.

The UOC will keep the personal data blocked during such time as may be necessary to comply with the legal obligations that may arise from legal liabilities related to the purposes performed. When these liabilities expire, the personal data will be deleted permanently.

In order to exercise these rights, simply send a message to the FundaciĆ³ per a la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, either by email to fuoc_pd@uoc.edu or by post to Avinguda Tibidabo 39-43, Barcelona, stating as reference “Data protection”. The request must include a copy of your national identity document (DNI), or another equivalent identification document and the minimum content set forth in the applicable legislation. If the request does not meet the specified requirements, you may be asked to amend it. There is no charge for exercising these rights, although a fee may be charged when the requests are unfounded, excessive or repetitive.
