The IAU SDG3 cluster on Health and Wellbeing, Universities for Good Health, is an open network comprised of seven higher education institutions across five continents including Western Sydney University in Australia, Makerere University in Uganda, Universidad de Caldas in Colombia, Universitas Gadjah Mada in Indonesia, Karolinska Institutet in Sweden, University College Dublin in Ireland and the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) in Spain.

Spearheaded by the UOC’s eHealth Center in Barcelona, and a part of the Global Cluster on Higher Education and Research for Sustainable Development (HESD) hosted by the International Association of Universities, it champions higher education and promotes an integrated approach to health, in support of equity and wellbeing worldwide in line with the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda.

Webinar – The Mental Health Tsunami: building resilience in an uncertain and changing environment

The IAU Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3 cluster on Health and Wellbeing, Universities for Good Health, spearheaded by the eHealth Center, is organizing a new online webinar this 2023.

The topic of this new webinar is mental health within digital health and it will look at both the potential and challenges of e-health tools as a mechanism of delivery to deal with the mental health crisis that the world is currently facing. Lessons learned from cluster members and the role of e-health in reducing the burden on health
care systems.
